We interrupt your daily Candy Crush binge to bring you the latest platform updates.
Hey there smartclippers,
We interrupt your daily Candy Crush binge (tsk tsk) to deliver the latest product updates!
Don’t worry, no judgement here. Especially with all that in-app ad revenue 🤑! There are only three updates this week so you’ll be back to crushing before you know it… Oops we mean working. You’ll be back to working 🤓…
The OSI (pronounced “O-S-I” by most people and “oh-si” by those who just want to have a good time), is our trusty on-schedule indicator metric in smartx that tells us whether deals and campaigns are on track to meet their budgeted/booked volume.
The formula was originally set up to round to the nearest whole number. That means that an OSI of 99.6% would appear in the platform as 100%, indicating a full delivery, despite a slight under-delivery.
This can understandably be frustrating so we’ve made some tweaks so that the metric will always round down. That means an OSI of 99.6% will appear in smartx as 99%, signifying the slight under-delivery, giving a more clear vision of campaign end results.
We’ve made a usability improvement for the Campaign Editor in the Next Generation Optimiser, better known as the NGO.
Previously, users were required to open each line item/bundle individually in order to see the booked sites per line item. This could get a little tedious, for example, if you wanted to adjust a site for the whole campaign. To alleviate the tension, we’ve introduced a site search functionality.
Simply select Line item site (LiS) in the Name drop-down and enter the name (or part of the name) of the site you are looking for and relevant sites will be displayed below the line items.
Version 6.1.0 of our SDK, smartclientcore is here! In this version:
That’s all for today!
Yours in platform updates and mindlessly swiping shiny colours for hours until our thumbs go numb,
