Daily Pacing

Daily Pacing is an ad delivery setting in smartx that provides precise control over how an ad campaign’s budget or impressions are distributed throughout a single day. Unlike standard pacing, which spreads delivery evenly over the life of a campaign, Daily Pacing works on a 24-hour cycle.

When enabled, it first allocates a specific amount of volume (impressions or budget) to be served each day. Then, it distributes that daily volume according to a chosen strategy (e.g., front-loading, back-loading, or concentrating into specific time blocks like “morning” or “evening”). This is used to accelerate delivery during high-traffic hours and concentrate impressions to best align with an audience’s peak activity.
