Our Berlin team recently swapped screens for spatulas and used their Social Day (a fully paid day off dedicated to giving back to the community) to volunteer at the Caritas soup kitchen in Pankow.

From learning about Caritas’ incredible community work to whipping up 20 litres of waffle batter (yes, really), it was a day full of teamwork, connection, and giving back.
