The Research & Development Department is an innovative and self-reliant team that thrives on incorporating machine learning into our daily business. We have a strong aversion to black-box approaches and prefer to read, modify, and extend code to fully understand our tools. With a hands-on approach to problem-solving, we bridge the gap between ideas and productisation, offering comprehensive solutions through every stage of the product life cycle.
We value technology and hard skills over superficial buzzwords and flashy presentations. We’re strong advocates of open source and maintain a technology-agnostic stance, seeking practical solutions that strike the right balance between latency, throughput, and performance. Our focus is on identifying and applying the right tech to the unique problem in question. And we love using state-of-the-art technology but without getting caught up in every short-lived trend.
