Our department philosophy centres around fostering autonomy and self-reliance among team members. We highly value discipline, ownership, and critical thinking. With these principles in mind, our main goal is to provide support to both the Client Services and Tech teams, thereby ensuring seamless cooperation and collaboration.

Meet your manager.

Hi, I’m Mirjam. I oversee the Operations Department at smartclip. As a manager, I highly value team members who demonstrate ownership and initiative, and I believe in fostering a culture of trust and empowerment — which means I won’t micromanage your every move. My Dutch background has instilled in me a rather direct approach to communication and a strong appreciation for openness and transparency within a team. Together, we’ll achieve great things through collaboration and mutual respect.

How our department is organised.

Our IT Tool and Application Management pillar is responsible for the administration of all internal tools in use within our organisation (e.g., Google GSuite, Slack, Jira, Confluence).

Our Project Management pillar is responsible for: 

  • Implementing and maintaining processes for effective teamwork, including tech processes, support, and feature development. This ensures that everyone stays informed and on the same page.
  • Acting as a bridge to RTL AdAlliance by defining appropriate processes for collaboration and keeping both companies informed about front-door processes, as well as how to educate prospective and existing clients on new tools and features.
  • Overseeing the successful execution of projects across our company from start to finish. This includes managing meetings, milestones, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. We also identify any gaps that need to be addressed.

Our support team pillar is responsible for supporting our internal teams with any issues they may encounter while using our platform or products. They act as a technical support bridge between smartclip and RTL AdAlliance.
