With these principles in mind, our main goal is to provide support to both the Client Services and Tech teams, thereby ensuring seamless cooperation and collaboration.
Hi, I’m Mirjam. I oversee the Operations Department at smartclip. As a manager, I highly value team members who demonstrate ownership and initiative, and I believe in fostering a culture of trust and empowerment — which means I won’t micromanage your every move. My Dutch background has instilled in me a rather direct approach to communication and a strong appreciation for openness and transparency within a team. Together, we’ll achieve great things through collaboration and mutual respect.
