smartclip Nordics is looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Manager (m/f/d) who enjoys working in a high pace and constantly evolving industry. Salary model: Competitive monthly salary + monthly commission

  • Developing sales towards primarily digital departments and TV-departments on the agency side but also direct advertisers and specialized agencies     
  • Development and cultivation of existing relationships with online media agencies and their business partners
  • Develop new business with direct clients and specialized creative/digital agencies  
  • Creation of smart, client-specific multi-screen video marketing concepts and sales presentations
  • Identification of client needs and their translation into new digital media formats such as smart TV and video 
  • Preparation of sales and status reports
  • Negotiation of advertising budgets with agencies, clients, including revenue responsibility and budgeting


  • A degree or comparable apprenticeship qualification, preferably in a media-related field
  • At least 3 years experience in a sales or account management function in an online/media marketing or trading desk/DSP/SSP environment
  • Ideally with professional experience in programmatic sales
  • Enthusiasm for new technologies and media segments such as real time advertising, connected TV and HBB-TV
  • Actively engaged in the Norwegian media/marketing scene with existing Network
  • Delivers work of the highest quality and has a strong sales and customer orientation
  • A committed, proactive, self-going and stress-resistant team player
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
